Forward Horizons serves people with disabilities in Ashland and Bayfield counties.
We are an all local, grassroots organization; we're your neighbors, friends, classmates, and business patrons,
right here in Northern Wisconsin.

Our mission:
To support those with disabilities who seek our services
in their pursuit of full citizenship,
which we do by helping develop mutual collaborations,
honoring the role of each person within their community,
and respecting their diverse abilities, hopes, and dreams.

Children's Long Term Support
The Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) Program is a Home and Community-Based Service that supports and services for children who have substantial limitations in their daily activities and need support to remain in their home or community.
